KL Tower : Corruption? Sweetheart deal for a mistress or is Annuar Musa just another peyamun?

KL Tower belongs to the Malaysian government...the same Malaysian government that DSAI is now the Prime Minister of, and the operative word there is "NOW"....and with respect DSAI aka PMX here is another tale about those Hoi Hoi Ya Hoi Umno Penyamun that we think you must act upon secepat mungkin!

KL Tower is a Telecommunication Tower serving as the broadcasting station for Radio and Television Malaysia (RTM) and FM-radio broadcasting, among others. It is also in the hospitality and business experience industry offering experiences such as viewing, dining, nature, adventure, event, and shopping which includes Observation Deck, Revolving Restaurant (Atmosphere 360°), Mega View Banquet Hall for Meeting and Seminars / Private Functions such as Wedding in the Sky, Mini Theater, Amphitheater, F1 Simulator, Blue Coral Aquarium, KL Tower Mini Zoo and MKL Performing Arts Group.

The concession to manage KL Tower was given to Telekom Malaysia (TM). TM is the country’s largest provider of broadband services, data, fixed-line, pay television, and network services. TM is one of the largest government-linked companies in the country, with more than 28,000 employees, is a listed company and the government’s investment holding arm, Khazanah Nasional, holds the majority share.

TM has decided not to renew its concession of KL Tower as part of its plan to refocus its efforts and resources on its core business of telecommunications and technology. With a market capitalization of more than RM25 billion, that is understandable.

In 2018 KL Tower, generated a net profit of RM25.6 million.

In 2019, KL Tower generated a net profit of RM20.9 million.

At EPS (earnings-per-share) of RM2.00, the KL Tower is valued at 5 times or even 10 times its EPS – translating to RM100 million or RM200 million.

Instead, the concession to manage KL Towers was sold to a financially troubled company called Hydroshoppe Sdn Bhd. Incorporated on February 15, 2008. The company is involved in “General Trading” (cosmetic products), and is owned by Abdul Hamid Shaikh Bin Abdul Razak Shaikh and Nazarina Binti Mohamed Nasir, with 500,000 shares each.

Who was the Communication and Multimedia Minister at the time of the sale? Annuar Musa.

Who was the Prime Minister? Ismail Sabri. PM Ismail Sabri dissolved the Parliament on Oct 10, paving the way for the 15th General Election.

According to TM’s 3Q FY2022 financial announcement, the telecommunication group had on Oct 31 completed the disposal of its 100% interest in Menara Kuala Lumpur for merely RM3.8 million, when it was worth at least RM2.00 per share.

First Question: Who is that idiot who made the decision to sell the entire “10-million shares” of KL Towers to

at just RM0.38 per share when it was worth at least RM2.00 per share - that means the government had sold at a massive loss – losing RM1.62 per share.

Second Question: where does the ultimate responsibility for this "sweetheart deal" lies with? The then Communication and Multimedia Minister at the time of the sale, Annuar Musa or with the then Prime Minister, Ismail Sabri?

Nazarina Binti Mohammed Nasir

I am not going to go into the insinuation that Nazarina Binti Mohamed Nasir, with 500,000 shares in Hydroshoppe Sdn Bhd is a proxy, a lady friend, or even a mistress of Annuar Musa - come on lah this guy is a married man, and a religious one at that (so they tell me) so I am not going to even entertain that thought.

Third Question: All of the above is a matter of public record. You know all this, I know all this, and our PMX DSAI also now knows about all this. So brother Anwar, what do you intend to do about all this now? Maaf ya Datuk Seri, saya tanya aja. Please tangkap this penyamun !!!
