Najib: Much ado about nothing. He has not exhausted the process.

Updated: Apr 9, 2023

The talk, these last few days, is about Najib. Is he or is he not getting a pardon from our King? Those, who, for whatever reason, want Najib to get that pardon, are loud and vocal about that happening dalam masa terdekat. In time, maybe, for him to spend Hari Raya at home.

Really?

Camna nak Ampun sekarang? Kes lain banyak lagi tengah que up tu!

Or is Umno going to ask the King for a blanket pardon for Najib that will cover every other conviction he might be saddled with in the coming months and years to come? Imagine getting a blanket pardon for whatever crimes you might do for the rest of your life! Wow, even for Umno that seems to be a bridge too far! To expect somebody to get a pardon NOW for any crime he is to commit in the future is truly astounding - but that is what Umno wants for Najib. Surely Umno does not think that our King will agree to that!

Maybe that is why PMX is silent. He knows that no pardon can even be considered unless, and until, all the crimes that Najib is to be pardoned for, have been decided by the courts and appealed against by Najib to the max...that is, he has appealed against all his convictions, all the way to the Mahkamah Persekutuan Malaysia (Federal court)....the highest court and the final appellate court in Malaysia. As his SRC case has shown us, that took a few years from conviction to the final appeal.

So expect Najib to stay in jail until all his pending court cases have been decided, and appealed against up to the Federal courts. Then, and only then, can the King decide if Najib is to be granted a pardon.

So all this drama minggu ini by Umno to appeal to the King to consider a pardon for Najib is not only premature but really no more than another futile attempt by Umno to do the impossible. And Umno is dragging our king into being an accessory to the wrong that they want to do.

As for PMX let us get one thing straight. The Mata Mata is subservient to the corporal, is subservient to the sergeant, is subservient to the Inspector, who is, in turn, subservient to the superintendent etc, as all others in PDRM are subservient all the way to the IGP. The IGP is subservient to his minister, and his minister is subservient to PMX.

PMX is subservient to no one. That was the case with Tunku, Razak, Hussein, Mahathir, Abang Lah, Najib, Mahathir again, Muhyiddin, Ismail Sabri, and now, Anwar Ibrahim. The prime minister is the final authority in this land of ours. That is why PMZ is quiet. He knows what he wants to do, and what he has to do, and he does not have to explain to anyone why he is doing what he does.

As for Kiki the cat, he will have to wait a little bit longer....no, make that a lot longer.... before Najib returns. Enough said.

There will be no pardon yet for Najib. Zahid knows this. MKT knows this. This is all Umno's political game to show to Najib's loyalists that they are doing something to help Najib out. A real political drama is going on in town.

Gps like BN and dislike DAP and PKR. Grs support BN because zahid let them rule the state.zahid's BN has 30 seats. Hence zahid gps grs control 59 seats.

Now zahid ask anwar to tell peguam negara to drop zahids 47 cases. Then zahid will tell anwar to recommend najib be released.

Once both are free, zahid and najib will take bn from working with dap and pkr. Umno will get back the malay support when they join a malay based coalition.

Haha, according to RPK , PMX has been given the ultimatum to Ensure the Agong pardon Najib, or else BN will pull out of the Unity Govt.

Let see whether UMNO have the gumption to do this for Najib the king of kleptocracy..

Umno only has 26 seats plus mic MCA only 2 more.. so 148 -28 still simple majority 120.. and I think Swak n Sabah will remain with unity if Umno BN quit.. maybe better and Anwar PH must take the risk and I m prepared for the eventuality too.. Umno baru is too problematic ..

No, a robber who stole from the nation's coffer should not be spared from jail and granted a pardon. This is because the act of stealing from the nation's coffer is a serious crime that harms the entire country and its citizens, and it is the responsibility of the government to ensure that those who commit such crimes are held accountable for their actions.

Granting a pardon to such a person would send the wrong message and could undermine public trust in the justice system. It could also encourage others to engage in similar criminal activities with the expectation of receiving a similar lenient treatment.

Therefore, it is important to ensure that justice is served and that those who steal…
