In Jakim We Trust?

Dato' Dr. Sirajuddin bin Suhaimee, Director of Malaysia Halal Council, JAKIM with Muhammet Eris JP Chairman SICHMA.

Quotes from a STATUTORY DECLARATION under Act 1959 Commonwealth of Australia:

I have unknowingly been in a system that involved in sham employment contracts, tax fraud, and black economy activity that was planned, committed and masterminded by M using Supreme Islamic Council of Halal Meat Australia Inc. (SICHMA) as a certifier, which I refused to be part of anymore.

SICHMA is a recognised Islamic organisation approved by the Department of Agricultural and Water Resources for certification of red Halal meat and red meat products for export.

SICHMA issues licences to anyone who wants to work as a Halal slaughter-man for Halal abattoirs. All the halal slaughter-man certified by SICHMA will possess an ID card (Halal Card) which enable them to carry out slaughtering and supervising process.

M is the state Halal supervisor of SICHMA, an Abattoir Auditor and also a labour supplier focussing on supplying Halal slaughter-man mainly to SICHMA. Performing these three roles are in conflict with the state's law and Halal standards and would severely compromise the integrity of the Halal products.

M has stated many times that he has JAKIM and MUIS in his hands. To prove his words and to cite a few examples:

M told me that he was going to Malaysia (JAKIM) and Singapore (MUIS) to get JAKIM and MUIS to remove Mohamed Loti's company called Australia Halal Food Services (AHFS) certifier based in Brisbane. Two weeks later AHFS was removed from the list of Malaysia and Singapore. A week after this happened, I met M and he told me that he has removed AHFS from the approved list of Malaysia and Singapore as he has these people with him.

After a while, M told me again that he wanted to get ICCV from Melbourne taken off the list of JAKIM and MUIS as ICCV had disobeyed him. 3 weeks later looking with full of pride he told me "it's done. I removed them from the Malaysia and Singapore list". The following week, a notice from Malaysia and thereafter Singapore, came confirming M statement

He too told me he wanted to get Monbeef abattoir located in Cooma NSW off the list of Malaysia approved abattoir. Within the next 5 weeks, the abattoir was taken off the list

M told me too on many occasions that he is the only one who could walk into the Malaysian High Commission to meet with the person in charge of JAKIM, Dr Sirajudin Suhaime. He seemed to indicate that they are in business together with others from Malaysia and also Singapore.
Even when M visited abattoir with JAKIM people, I have seen that M will always handle the meetings and not JAKIM.
It cannot be denied that M has very good links to Malaysia and Singapore and he uses this to his advantage to advance his business and theirs too.

I am more than happy to help any government agency who want to investigate this scam and give whatever more details they might need from me.
