Dollah : Up Front Already Taken but APs Sudah Kena Tarik Balek. So how?

In Pahang, an A4 piece of paper can be worth millions. Six pieces of Ä4 paper with concession offers is valued at many millions. And these same six pieces of A4papers with sand concessions, waved around by the Kerabat di Raja Pahang is not only worth many millions, but can also get the Kerabat di Raja many millions up front before anything is done to extract, dredge, sell and distribute river sand for export. And how much sand is involved? Try a monthly production of at least 200,000 cu metres or a minimum of 2.5 million cubic metres of river sand per year, and that, by any criteria, is a hell of a lot of sand ....meaning a hell of a lot of up front money for whoever is waving these six A4 papers!

And all will be good and hunky dory if those Chinese businessmen who pay millions up front for those A4 paper, waved by the Kerabat di Raja, with sand concessions, are able to mine the sand and export them to Hong Kong and China and get back what they have paid up front, recover their mining and other ancillary costs, and make their profits.

What can go wrong kan?

What can go wrong when you are doing business with the Kerabat di Raja Pah?

Let me story you what can go wrong!

Today...and I mean now...Wednesday 29th June 2022, no sand is being exported from Pahang to Hong Kong or China!

For many months now there has been no APs for sand. No APs for sand means no export of sand.

Why no APs? Because these Kerabat di Raja Pahang think that they can continue to mine sand from the rivers of Pahang without an EIA report.

The conditions imposed by the Department of Environment (DoE) in the approval of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report covers pollution prevention and mitigation measures involving control and monitoring of sand dredging activities and waste management and the impacts they have on the environment and fishing activities.

And there is also to be a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Rehabilitation Fund to minimize any adverse impact on the environment as well as the livelihood of the resident affected by the sand mining activities....ya lah tu....cakap tak serupa bikin ma!

These EIA are to ensure that the sand mining does not cause widespread ecological devastation, as riverbanks, waterways and seabed are stripped of their foundations. These Royals are not bothered with EIA's nor are the Chinese businessmen who are doing the mining...after all they figured out that nobody in Pahang or at Federal level will dare to interfere with their sand business when the APs are in the name of the Kerabat di Raja and after all, Dollah is King!

Wrong!

The APs have been withdrawn many month ago and no APs means no STS -(Ship to ship) transfer approval from Jabatan Laut. No STS approval means no export of sand. No export of sand means no income for anybody...but what do the Kerabat di Raja care? After all these have already taken hefty up front fees for those A4 papers that they have 'sold' to their Chinese Business partners.

Today, all contractors are bleeding cash and nobody dares to sue their business partners Pengurusan Pasir Pahang Bhd (PPPB) and the ROYAL PAHANG POLO CLUB SDN. BHD because they know that this case involves Dollah Pendek aka Mr. King aka YDPA.

So lessons to be learned?

When you are doing business with Pendek, remember that when anything goes wrong...and they usually do...you will have to think twice about suing him for damages. How do you sue anyone from the Kerabat di Raja when the King is one of them? Kan? But do not forget there is that Special Court which have already tried two Sultans : One from Negri Semnbilan and the other...of course from Pahang.

End of story.

Unscrupulous bauxite mining operation in Kuantan has caused severe environmental pollution 7 yrs ago around 2015-2016. The state didnt dare stop the chinamen contractors from continued unregulated mining, despite the horrible ecological disaster that nearly destroyed the town. The stockpiles at Kuantan Port contaminated the coastal waters. My royal friend gave a million dollar wedding reception for her daughter and attended by both late and current Sultan. I was introduced to the contractor. I think he paid for the reception. Shortly, federal government stopped the mad bauxite rush. Last year, BG mining sdn bhd was given the green light to operate the mining again ie lifted the moratorium and the town will be red again!🟥🟥🟥🟥
