YDPA flees to London. Dollah, you can run, but you cannot hide!

The king knows what the deadly monsoon months will bring. In 2021 the flood brought widespread damage to lives and property. It affected eight states, leaving 54 dead, and 2 missing, and displaced more than 71,000 residents. And the authorities were slow in providing aid, with many victims relying on volunteers for food and basic necessities.

And only yesterday, Mr. King reminded the rakyat to be prepared, for the monsoon months are already upon us.

And yet the King has submitted to the demands of Umno for the immediate dissolution of parliament as a prelude to a general election to be held during the monsoon months, In so doing, Mr. King will be responsible for inflicting, upon his own subjects, more hardship, more suffering and certainly, more deaths!

The deception is astounding. The manner that it was done, was most disingenuous. And having done so, Mr. King flees to London to see King Charles. How convenient!

What is to now to come after we see our King inflict upon his own subjects the unnecessary burden of having a general election in the monsoon months?

Perhaps, the rakyat will now say enough is enough.

Even peasants and the long-suffering urbanites know that a general election in the monsoon months will only benefit corrupt politicians desperate for a political solution to their legal problems.

Perhaps they will speculate why Mr. King is prepared to submit his own rakyat to more hardship, suffering, and even the possibility of death... but for what personal gain? For a trip to London to see King Charles? Or, God forbid, for his own financial gain?

I do not care to speculate or ruminate on these matters. Suffice to say that I curse those who are prepared to gamble with the lives of even one Malaysian for personal financial gain or political advantage and glory. Enough said.
