we ve passed on the appointment of a DPM who’s facing charges in the courts .. now everyone have to grapple with the discomfort and reality including all institutions and especially all enforcement agencies AGC, Macc, Pdrm, Customs & immigration and LHDL right!.. knowing PMX and govt, they will not interfere with court cases but one can expect adjustments and realignment being made incl those agencies.. so I think the decisions and instructions is entirely by AG and AGC only, although it may look as if there’s “interference”.. and it’s apt and proper because imagine such a DPM (whether you like him or not) or even anyone appointed but facing courts will need to apply for their passports to g…

Recently, the PMX commended the AGC office for their courageous efforts in negotiating the return of RM8.06 billion, indicating that the government does not have to depend on consultants.
Currently, in the case involving the travel ban of the deputy prime minister, the deputy public prosecutor has decided not to appeal. We have two sets of government officials! The brave and not so brave in the service.
