Do not ask me what is right and what is wrong in this PH government. Do not presume, second guess, or even try to make some sense of the things that are now happening around us today under PMX and this unity government. The good and bad decisions made by PH in the name of government today, are a matter for all of us to discuss, debate, and ponder. And there have been a few.
Just be thankful that we are debating about nepotism. About if PMX should be doing four state visits in one month. About a DPM whose appointment boleh di pertikaikan because he is on trial for 47 charges of criminal breach of trust, graft, and money laundering involving charity foundation Yayasan Akalbudi funds.
Be thankful that these issues are not of the 1MDB genre that finally saddled our nation with a 50 billion debt. That these issues are not about having a bloated Cabinet, with various underserved ministerial ranked appointments and political appointments in GLCs - all of them costing our nation plenty.
Be thankful that we have a legitimate government in place - not a back-door government, not a government taking advantage of an Emergency declared to allow it to stay in power. And we are not talking about flying cars, warm water to cure Covid19, or having a Tajuddin Rahman heading a GLC which he has no business heading.
Our problem today is about Nurul Izzah...about her recent appointment as an unpaid economic and financial advisor to our PMX and now, her departure from that post.
Surely, guys, these are far, far better problems than the problems our nation and us, had to face when Muhyiddin and Ismail Sabri were Prime Ministers? Kan?
Communication is and remain a problem. This matter will not arise if PM dept is proactive and don’t take the the public and opposition for granted.
