This is the kind of initiative needed to make a difference to the rakyat where it really matters: on the ground and with direct, immediate and, hopefully, positive consequences to all involved. Leaving it to the people to decide what to do with the money can be fraught with possible misuse and abuse. Checks and balances must be in place BEFORE the money is disbursed.
Question:
When will this start?
Is it RM 100,000 or RM50,000?
Who is in charge?
Will this project be race, religion and politics neutral?
What are the checks and balances in place to limit abuse and misuse of funds disbursed?
How much will it all costs?
You borrow money to INVEST for the future
And NOT to buy votes
This is a harebrained scheme
No two ways about it
Will be brilliant in conception and wretched in execution
Economics puts food on table
Not religion ,unless you happen to be Saudi Arabia

Yes,I am sure this is off budget allocation and the money will probably come from the planned subsidy rationalisation to the tune of RM 2 to 3 billion.
Since it will be under the RR's Economy ministry's control and disbursements,I am confident it will be well managed with the appropriate accountibilty mechanisms to minimise leakages.
1st Where the $$$$ coming from???? Not in Budget
2nd Clearly a Bribe .
3rd U expect All PengLULU know business???
4th 1 year to spend rm1.0 billion on 800 project. Boleh Ka!!!!
