Umno has governed for 60 years. Lost PRU 14 but then is back in government in 2021 until today. Tun Mahathir was PM, resigned, then became PM again after PRU14, then resigned again two years later. Najib was PM for quite a while until he lost PRU14. DAP, PAS, Bersatu, MIC, MCA …Zahid Hamidi, Anwar, Kit Siang, LGE, Mat Sabu , Muhiaddin, Ismail Sabri - they were all, at various times, in government, in various capacity. Even PAS has been in government and they have done three things while in government - they have fail, fail and fail. Almost any politician around you today has, at one time or another, been in government….and still the state of our nation today is pathetic, the government is corrupt, Cash is still King. When these old politicians stuff up, we all suffer.
MUDA has not been in government. The young has not yet been given the opportunity to do government. The young has yet to be given the opportunity to do government on its own. Maybe PRU15 is their time? Maybe with 5 million young voters coming on stream to vote, the young will be given the mandate by these young voters and some old ones too, to go to Putrajaya and be the government of the day.
Maybe they should be given that opportunity to do government, but are they ready for it? Are they ready and willing to take the responsibility, the burden and the privilege of doing Government after PRU15.
I say why not? What have we got to lose? It will be a steep learning curve for them. Learning on the job. A baptism of fire but I am sure they will all say…bring it on. They will say, we are ready for it. And we the rakyat are also ready to give these young people the opportunity to be in charge in Putrajaya.
So who, among the young people we have today, will lead?

d jo will likely contest against khalid samad and wan ahmad fayhsal in the titiwangsa seat. It is a walk in the park to d jo but for the young ones.
there are 20,000 u 21 voters in titiwangsa. no one knows which way these new voters will go.the best is to hope the one that likes you turn up and the one that dislike you,do not turn up.
as for MUDA,most members are enthusiastic. they want to help the community and vote to do so. they are idealistic, positive and sincere.
for MUDA to win an election and govern, the members need to have the basic knowledge that politics is about power and its currency are votes.
most have no idea…
I do not mind the young ones rule as long as they get the work done irregardless of their faith and creed. We are all humans, at the end of the day, all of us must go and face the maker. So give them the rod to rule and make Malaysia proud once again.
