The Voice of Reason and two Malaysians in Melbourne.

Selamat Pagi Malaysia

Never! Never! Never! I am never ever just going to sit down and do nothing. Yesterday I was up at 4 am and worked throughout the day - writing, answering emails, reading comments, reading the news about what is happening back home, and doing what I can on social media to remind you guys what you must do on November 19th...."we have to stay the course not so much for ourselves but for the coming generation...just go out to vote. Vote ABU".

At about 10 PM last night, Lawrence message me...

I knew it was late, past 10 pm, and I knew I still had things to do, but I needed a break...and so Lawrence picked me up, and we went for Coffee and a snack at the nearby McDonald's ....and like all Malaysian everywhere Malaysians are...we were two Malaysians in Melbourne, at 11 pm on a Wednesday night, talking about all the stuff that is happening back home.

About politics, about the divide between our people, about PRU15, and about what the future could be if we all worked together and voted the right leaders in to do government for the people.

And so over a Fillet of Fish, and our drinks, two Malaysians, over 6000kms away from home, talked about the things that mattered to us and the things that mattered to you all. About our beloved Tanah Air.

Now...how many of you guys were doing exactly the same things as we were doing? Getting together with friends and talking about PRU15? And I can assure you that anywhere else you can find Malaysians, at home or abroad, many, many Malaysians are doing the same thing.

And then, at just past 1 am, I knew I had to get back home and do a bit more writing and a bit more work on social media before I can call it a day. Got home, did a bit more work on my blog, and went to sleep at around 3.15 am.

Guys, we are all in this together....this PRU15 thing is going to end with us deciding who will do government on our behalf in Putrajaya. Think carefully and make the right choices. There is still time, there is still hope, and there are still your votes to cast to make a difference in our lives and to our future. Do the right thing. Undi jangan tak mengundi!

Thank you Uncle Hussein ❤️ for sharing your heart out in this piece of writing. It's heartwarming as we read what your wrote. Brings much encouragement n menaikkan our semangat. It's so disheartening as we read the local news especially at this crucial moments before GE15. We see those so called n selfish leaders championing for their selfish agendas n some even hoping to win to escape jail. No real concern for the plight of the rakyats 😔. Hopefully PH will come together in unity and one purpose to take Putrajaya for the sake of nation and the future generation. May God's grace be upon our beloved Tanah Air.

With the automatic voter registration and revised voter age to 18 years, I'm hopeful that the additional 6 million voters will make the difference. The younger generation will be the kingmakers in GE15.
