Popularity is an element that is difficult to objectively measure. However, social media through “like” buttons has created a proxy measure.
The above two snapshots from Facebook indicate the dynamics of popularity will influence the destiny of the Anwar government.
The only problem is we are not sure how. Pictures tell a thousand words. MPs will factor this into what they will do in the future.
At the least, this indicates a real problem Anwar must deal with. Maybe Fahmi Fadzil can block Najib Razak’s Facebook page soon. Somehow I feel that wont solve the problem.
Anwar not reforming and doing exactly what previous umno and ex umno colleagues did. Melayu first.
So he is appeasing to those who did not vote for him, and distancing from those who did. That is why next election, he will lose as malays will not vote for him.in fact he is so low, his constituency of permatang pauh does not want him back.
Now with luxury tax and end of subsidies for the selected few, the country will be divided between those who contribute in the form of taxes and those who do not. We are actually giving the wrong message here. The less you sacrifice for the country, the more rewards you get.
