PMX's government may have secured two assets today. One from Shafie, the sharpy and one from Daim, who is not known to part even with a dime. Not bad. Santa Claus has come early this year. 2024 looks promising if Santa Claus stays on.

I was in China recently and met up with friends who are judges. In China there's no case that takes up 5 years. They get it done within 5-6months. And there's no such thing as appeal court or Pardon.
I have said before that the changing of guards which started in 2018 was probably the best thing the Rakyats can hope to minimise corruption in our country………each time the govt changes, they will go after the corrupt in the earlier regime. What we need is a special court that will expedite the trials of these cases so that when the govt changes again and the earlier thieves are in power again, their colleagues and partners in crime are already behind bars and their charges cannot be dropped or NFA .
Of course some may escape charges when they jump ship 🚢 and plead allegiance to the new govt.
One swallow doesn't make a summer.
