Totally agreed with you, the MALAY RACE HAS FALLEN from GRACE to DISGRACE and TUAN to BANDUAN. Instead of stating the apparent CONSEQUENCE, WHY HAVE YOU NOT STATE THE ROOT CAUSE??? IN MY OPINION, the ROOT CAUSE of ALL THESE GREED, SELFISHNESS, POLARIZATION AND ISOLATION OF THE MALAY RACE FROM THE REST OF THE OTHER MALAYSIAN COMMUNITIES IS THE KETUANAN MELAYU MENTALITY SEGREGATING THE MALAYS FROM OTHER NON-MALAY, SABAH & SARAWAK MALAYSIAN COMMUNITIES. ANY RACE OR COMMUNITIES ACCORDED SPECIAL PRIVILEGES, POLARIZED & ISOLATED FROM THE REST OF THEIR NON-MUSLIM COMMUNITIES will definitely POSSESS a SENSE OF SUPERIORITY AND ENTITLEMENTS. SO WHY SHOULD THEY WORKED OR STUDY SO HARD IF THE GOVT SUPPORTS THEM EVEN IF THEY FAILED TWICE. LET'S BE HONEST THE MALAY COMMUNITIES ARE BASICALLY PEACE LOVING & ARE NOT COMPETITIVE IN NATURE, SO WHEN THEY ARE ISOLATED AND POLARIZED AMONG THEIR OWN COMMUNITIES IN MALAY ONLY SCHOOLS, THEY WILL NOT BE EXPOSED TO THE COMPETIVENESS OF OTHER COMMUNITIES AND UNDERSTAND THE CULTURE & RELIGION OF OTHER NON-MALAY, SABAH & SARAWAK MALAYSIAN COMMUNITIES. This has happened in ALL Malay only schools of learning from Kindergarten to Tertiary Education, making them INTROVERTED among their own community, UNHEALTHY for the Harmoney of this Nation. To ADD SALT TO INJURY, THE GOVERNMENT HAS RIDUCULOUSLY REDUCE THE PASSING MARKS OF THESE MALAY ONLY SCHOOLS OF LEARNING FROM KINDERGARDEN TO TERTIARY. Imagine a 20% Passing Marks for Science and Mathematics. Again, this is evident in Malaysians PISA score, where we CANNOT EVEN COMPETE AMONG OUR ASEAN NEIGHBORS AND ARE THE SAME LEVEL WITH THE AFRICAN COUNTRIES. Is this KETUANAN MELAYU HELPING THE MALAYS OF DESTROYING THE WHOLE RACE IN TO OBLIVION. HISTORY LESSONS ARE BEING MANIPULATED TO DEGRADE THE NON-MUSLIM CHINESE RACE, e.g. Dr Siti Mastura's CLAIMS that Lim Guan Eng & Lee Kuan Yew are related to CHIN PENG IS PREPOSTUROUS! And that, THE MALAY BUILDS JUNKS BIGGER THAT ADMIRAL CHENG HO'S JUNKS AND HAS EXPLORED THE WHOLE WORLD BEFORE THE ADMIRAL ARE ALL FAKE NEWS TO HEIGHTEN THE KETUANAN MENTALITY. The recent News "Cops picks up Malaysian for attacking kissing couple in Rome", is evident that the Ketuanan System has produce a Fanatic Muslim that has been ISOLATED and does NOT understand the Italian Culture, who particularly enjoy bestowing their kisses on close friends and family. IS THIS WHERE MALAYSIAN ARE HEADING? DOES THE GOVT WANT THE MALAY RACE TO END UP ISOLATED FROM REST THE WORLD IN EDUCATION? EVEN MALAY ON OVERSEAS SCHOLARS HAD THEIR GRADUATED CERTIFICATES STAMPED "FOR MALAYSIAN" ONLY". ITS SAD IF THIS CONTINUES, THE MALAY RACE WILL BE LOSE OUT COMPETING WITH OUR NEIGHBORS AND THE WHOLE WORLD.

According to the Transforming Enterprises through Diversity and Inclusion report produced by the United Nations' International Labor Organization (ILO), companies that offer high levels of equality, diversity and inclusion are more innovative, perform better, have a greater ability to attract and retain talent and to ensure people's well-being.

However, the study – which surveyed companies of all sizes in low- and upper-middle-income economies, gathering information from a diverse mix of staff, managers and senior executives – shows that only half of the sample said that diversity and inclusion were sufficiently promoted in their company's corporate culture and strategy.

To make diversity and inclusion policies more effective, the report suggests, it is necessary for companies to make a systemic change by prioritizing inclusion initiatives, strengthening minority representation in top management positions, empowering people in their daily actions and behaviors, and transforming them into ambassadors of diversity and inclusion. Finally, the culture of diversity and inclusion must become mainstream and be present in all business processes. To translate these actions into reality, the report suggests, it is necessary for companies to analyze the impact of inclusion initiatives in all aspects, taking into account personal characteristics such as ethnicity, gender and company level.
