Hussein, Anwar's position is precarious. Only the King and Sultans supported him. Mahathir, Daim, Muhyiddin are in together to make sure they topple him.
Also, there are other reasons as well. He made too many promises but could not deliver. Especially to civil servants. He promised them a raise but hasn't delivered, and they are the backbone of our country.
Those who are being investigated mainly come from UMNO and if AI continues bringing them down they will ultimately side with Mahathir group.
Even if Royalty doesn't approve, they will use Parliament to vote for no-confidence.
This way they don't need the royalty.

Certainly, Mahathir, Daim, and Muhyiddin aren't in favor of him. PMX is their adversary. However, the majority of us who voted for this government do support him and wish for him to successfully complete his term.
