Naharozi, Syed Putra, dr Kamsiah, Stephen Francis...are you guys with me or with KCT?

KCT, as is the norm for this combative friend of mine, sent me the above response to the posting I did this morning, "To Err is Human. To Forgive Divine". He is saying that I am laying the groundwork for Anwar to forgive Najib, and I am planting ideas in people's minds so that it will be acceptable when the thing happens!

And that is KCT being polite!

If we were face to face, he will ask me straight out ....how much am I getting from the powers that be to write the above article! That is KCT for you...he never pulls his punches.

Well brother...first things first.

I do not lay the groundwork for anything or for anybody - least of all Anwar! As for planting ideas in people's minds, I have more respect than that for the people who read what I write. I have been called many names in the past - but not "the planter of ideas in people's minds"....and I do not intend to give them any reason to start now.

Here are some of the other comments made on the above article: I consider them all to be, at the very least, my peers, and one of them, Dr Kamsiah I will even go as far as to concede that she looks than me. So I cannot pull the wool over any of their eyes!

I will not allow KCT to infer that I am a blogger for hire.

I am many other things - that old man from downunder, certifiable mad, or even "does not deserve to be called a blogger" but, I have yet to find someone who has made me an offer that I cannot refuse. In fact, I am considered such a loose cannon that nobody has ever made me any offers!

So when I see KCT the next time I am in KL, we will not only be fighting over who will be paying for the meal we will be having at the roadside stalls, but he can be sure that we will sort out this "laying the groundwork for Anwar" bit.

I will start by asking him if he has laid any groundwork for DAP? Nudge nudge wink wink.

And if any one of you wants to say the same thing about me and stand with KCT on these matters.......being it on!

Life is good when you can tell each other what you think of each other and still go for a meal afterward...kan? We are all Malaysian...let us not forget that!
