In 2000, he graduated from IIUM with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He, then, furthered his studies in Loughborough University, where he obtained two degrees: Master of Science with Distinction (Islamic Economics, Banking and Finance), and Doctor of Philosophy (Islamic Banking and Finance).
Has asyraf ever worked in the real world?
I doubt it.
Our local universities has been churning thousands of graduates and PHDs each year and most will not qualify to get a decent job in the private sector
