If the Malaysian Bar wants to uphold the cause of Justice, uninfluenced by fear or favour, then, by all means, do initiate legal proceedings to seek a judicial review over the Attorney General's (AG) decision for a discharge not amounting to an acquittal ("DNAA") in the case involving 47 charges against Deputy Prime Minister, Dato' Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.....BUT ...and it is a very big BUT ....is not the Malaysian Bar being selective in just pursuing Zahid Hamidi's case and not the many other cases in similiar circumstances....Shahidan Kassim, Siti Kassim, Sivarasa, Eric Paulsen, Tamrin Ghaffar ?
