Acts like these that fill us with hope that all is not lost. As human beings we can make a difference to the least of our brethren. Those of us in the west should stop and think each time we put into the trash wholesome uneaten food which by some estimates amounts to tens of billions of dollars of wanton wastage every year as opposed to my asian mother`s adage: "Eat what`s on your plate. Don`t waste".
