Chaos in Malaysia. Who or what is to be blamed?

I am told that Malaysians are up in arms over PMX tacit 'approval' (they say DSAI closed on eye lah) of the DNAA for his DPM. Parliament wants the DNAA to be debated, Anwar says "NO". Speaker says "NO" and then the same Speaker says "YES" DNAA can be debated later.

Hadi Awang says he would rather go to jail than pay a fine if found guilty of making a remark about the Pardon Board's.

40% of Malaysians are not satisfied with government initiatives to tackle discrimination.

An official grouping of the four state governments under the control of Perikatan Nasional is in the works, with former prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad set to be their unofficial adviser. And protest are being organized for a host of issues - protesting about PMX conversion of a Hindu to a Muslim, the lack of Freedom of Expression, and Assembly, Police abuse, sexual orientation, and gender identity LGBT...and there is even a protest being planned on corruption - by whom and whether they are for or against corruption, is still being decided!

Just what is happening in Malaysia today? Isn't the Unity Government working? What is PMX doing? What are his ministers doing? Should they not be out there supporting and defending their leader against all comers?

We are also hearing that there are talks of secession by people in Sabah and Sarawak! If there are, then what is PMX doing about it?

The non-Malays and non-Muslims are complaining about discrimination and a lack of places to worship. And why are they not allowed to put Crosses where they want to put Crosses?

We are not even a year into the Unity Government and the country seems to be in chaos. Many Malaysians are speaking their minds on Race, Religion, and even, heavens forbid, Royalty! How dare they do so. These are delicate matters that should not be allowed to be openly debated, as they present a threat to our national security. That is why Saifuddin says they need Sosma. The rakyat says "NO" because they insist it is their right to speak about anything they want and anywhere they want!

Malaysians are finding all the surrounding confusion most confusing! In the old days, there was the ISA and the Riot Squad to maintain law and order. Anybody....and I mean anybody including Anwar Ibrahim... if the "authorities" thought anybody was a threat to our national security, they were locked up without trial and the keys were thrown away for as long as the powers that be wanted the keys to be thrown away. No confusion with that.

Today so many NGOs, pressure groups, and even the Opposition dare to protest about this and that. PMX, his DPMs, Ministers, Heads of GLC, the IGP, AG MACC, MCMC....if any of them make or take a left turn when WE think they should be turning right...we will let them know of our feelings - on social media. And as soon as we can organize one, we will demonstrate and protest whatever it is that we think they have done wrong!

There is a word for all this chaos that is now happening around us...it is called DEMOCRACY ...so guys be thankful that DEMOCRACY is alive and well in Malaysia today.
