Are Selangor state Islamic Laws different from that of Johor?

No reason why Muslims cannot visit other houses of worship. There was no reason to bar Muslims in Johor from visiting houses of worship of other faiths or participating in their festivals as long as they do not take part in non-Islamic rituals or prayers, said Johor ruler Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar.
What are these ars*s really afraid of?!! That people will start thinking and they will not be able to be controlled!! O ye of so little faith!!
The answer is how much of balls the Sultan has over the State Islamic apparatus.
