I grew up first listening to Bee Gees and by 8 was playing a neighbor's guitar. Since i m a lefty,i played it with the strings upside down. by mid 70s, there was Edgar Winter's 'frankenstein' and then there were Deep Purple. Ritchie Blackmore,Jimmy Page,Jeff Beck and of course Carlos Santana was and still is my kinda art of sound. I never really listen to Mark Knopfler but his guitar pickin style is work of a genius. Here's my cover of Brian May's solo..i m still dreaming to bring my 'joget rock' to Woodstock!..😻 https://youtube.com/clip/UgkxGPQKC-AipgFjnkRMi91n8vP-T_HRD_Dy
First time I saw and heard Mark Knopfler was at the 2005 Bob Geldof organised Live Aid concert; hooked ever since!!
